Charles Cleland Bruce who is known in showbiz as Boy Nephron is a Ghanaian Afrosoul/Afrobeat Musician who hails from James Town British Accra but resides at Dansoman. Endowed with the music he started as an instrumentalist at church playing the piano at a very young age. He discovered his talent for singing whilst still in church as a by-singer.
He has released a total of eleven songs, with the latest release being Love u Taya, Temperature high, Party all night long which features Mornin Tee, and Bad for one featuring Gh poncho
Love you Taya talks about loving someone tirelessly and also loving someone with great effort and energy. The song is an accordion to falling in love with someone who was your best friend from the start which you didn’t intend to fall in love with.
Temperature high also talks about heartbreak and the best way to handle things when your lover is playing with your feelings.
Boy Nephron is a product of Bishop Mixed Junior high school and has also pursued other higher careers in health.
He looks up to musical icons like Kojo Antwi, John Legend, Kwabena Kwabena, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale. His mother’s name is Rose Nettey who is half Ga and half Akuapem and his dad’s name is Charles Nii Armah Cleland Bruce.
