Reklyn real name Ododo Oghenereke is a Nigerian afrobeat artist from the Delta state. He is from a Christian family of 6 and had his education in Delta State (IRRI) and later went to the Institute of Continuous Education (ICE).
The artist has been linked to collaborations with top Nigerian artistes, and he is one to watch out for this year. Reklyn claimed his childhood experiences shaped him to be who he is today.

“Growing up in an environment with peer group that affects you negatively can be discouraging, but I see all that as an inspiration to be better. In fact, that is part of what built me to who I am today,” he stated.
According to him, he was inspired by Fela Kuti, Davido, Buckwylla, Wizkid, Burna Boy, Olamide, Don Jazzy and Popcaan to do music.

His thoughts on the growth of Afrobeats is for everyone to understand the tricks of the black sound and spread the work in Africa and beyond.

Reklyn has been introduced to the industry as a wonder kid with his debut single “Stand by you” which seems to be gaining massive traction amongst Afrobeat listeners.
