Toluhi Ayomide Opeyemi, popularly known as ‘Ayotee’ is a Nigerian Afropop singer born on 6th August in Lagos, Nigeria. She Officially started music in 2021. Before then, she was a model. Has three songs out titled, Sweet Loving, Gamble, and Private Party. Born August 6th. Does Afropop music.

From a young age, Ayotee has always seen music as a vessel to express herself. Growing up in Lagos, the singer’s love for music was driven by an early interest in the therapeutic essence of R&B and the lounging ease of soul that could be gleaned from Disney scores while the propulsive energy of Afropop provided her immediate icons to look out for like Tiwa Savage, Wizkid, and Davido. As a child, Ayotee’s first sojourn in music came as a songwriter as she toyed with the stylistics of putting verses together and watching the verses take shape as full-fledged songs. Over time, she began to become interested in all the parts of becoming an artist, swapping the contemplative air of her earlier years for a resolution to make it as a singer around 2012.

In 2021, her ambition of putting her imprint on the release of “Sweet Loving,” a balmy afro-pop number that meshed her sirenic cadence over a smokey instrumental to express her interest in a romantic partner. Ayotee’s latest song, “Gamble,” is a more complex evolution from the loved-up vibe of “Sweet Loving,” seeing Ayotee unfurl her voice over a subterranean instrumental that pays homage to love and all she’ll do for a partner.

In 2020, she was featured on a song called ‘Little Booties Matter’. Skuki ft Ayotee In 2021, she released her first official single called ‘Sweet Loving’. It was produced by Bolaji and distributed by Dapper. Same 2021, she was on a song called ‘I Want To’ (Efe Irele ft Ayotee and Vavavoom). It was a soundtrack for a TV series called ‘GROW UP OR NUTS’. In 2022, she released another song called ‘Gamble’, along with the music video. The song was co-written by Mbryo, it was produced by Louddaaa and mixed by Johnny Drille. The music video was shot by Perliks. It was distributed by MAD Solutions. Gamble was well accepted as proven by the fact that there was a TikTok dance challenge started by fans. In 2022 as well, she was featured by a producer called Kentkoolkid. The song is called ‘GO’ ft Ayotee and Mikol Music.

In 2023, she released another song called Private Party. The song was also well accepted and got a lot of support from big industry acts. Private Party was also distributed by Mad Solutions.
