Breakthrough Ivorian rapper Andy S may be a rare commodity as a female rapper in Côte d’Ivoire, but she needs no hand up thanks to her unwavering flow and unique fusion of afro trap and hip hop.
With the release of the mixtape Petiptrap Vol. 1, she made her debut in 2017 and went on to be named Apple Music Artist of the Month, win local awards, and garner international press. With her debut EP, Le Rap N’a Pas De Sex, Andy S is firmly in the driver’s seat, cementing her position in the rap game.
